15/16U Competitive Acceleration
The 15/16U phase marks the transition to competing against elite regional talent while demanding physical and mental maturity from the athletes.
Refining Measurable Skills
Fine-tuning the skills that college recruiters track: exit velocity, throwing velocity (infield/outfield), pop times for catchers, and pitching velocity/command. Measurable data tracking becomes a key component.
Physical Development
Integrating strength and conditioning principles to build durable, powerful athletes capable of handling the physical demands of higher-velocity pitching and a longer season.
Competitive Immersion
Playing in competitive travel tournaments across Colorado and neighboring states to challenge players and expose them to a higher speed of play, forcing them to execute under pressure.
Purpose
To accelerate player development to match high school varsity and junior college standards, ensuring they are competitive athletes who consistently produce objective, measurable results.
