Robert Blase joins the Northside Dirt Devils as an Assistant Coach with a deep passion for player development and competitive team culture. Robert played baseball throughout his youth, but his greatest fulfillment has come from building and leading teams of his own. He founded a team for his two sons, creating an environment centered on fundamentals, accountability, and love for the game.

Over the past two years, Robert has served as Head Coach of a high school team in the Longmont Baseball League, leading the program to the Varsity Championship game this past fall. His coaching philosophy emphasizes strong fundamentals, baseball IQ, disciplined preparation, and competing the right way. He is committed to helping athletes grow not only as players, but as teammates and young men of character.
